A home staging package includes an in home consultation and
design implementation plan. Additional services including the execution of the plan and the use of rental furniture are also available.

Consultation and Staging Design Plan: $246.00
During the in-home consultation, we will walk through your home
and make suggestions for staging your home to sell. You will be provided with a detailed step by step plan of our recommendations. We are also available for a follow-up consultation for only $62.50.

Accessories Only: $147.50 - $247.50 - LCD TV, Laptop, Plants,
Food, Drinks, Snacks, and Art.
Family/Living Room: $409.75 - Sofa, Loveseat, Coffee Table
and/or End Table, TV Stand, LCD TV, Accent Chair, and Accessories.
Dining Room: $358.75 - Dining Table & 6 Chairs, Rug/Art,
Table Decor/Food and Drinks, and Accessories.
Breakfast Nook: $204.50 - Nook Table and 2 Chairs, Food, and
Accessories.
Master Bedroom: $461.25 - Queen Bed and Bedding, Nightstand
& Lamp, Accent Chair, and Accessories.
Additional Bedroom: $204.50 - Twin/Full Bed and Bedding,
Nightstand or Dresser, and Accessories.
Delivery /Set Up / Pick Up: $276.44
Our prices are for monthly rentals and includes props such
as food, beverages, tv, laptop, etc.. With a minimum three month lease, your delivery, set up, and pick up fees are waived. The first and last months rental fees are required upon signing the rental
agreement. Additional months will be billed every 30 days.
